If you need help installing the necessary application to view the webcam, please consult the following instructions.

1. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer. The application will not work in other browsers.
2. Clicking the link to view the webcam will open a new window that will need to open a Pop-up window. If your Internet Explorer is set to block Pop-ups, you will need to click the bar at the top of the browser window and select Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site...
   
   
   
   
3. At this point, a new window should open that appears as below:
   
   
   
   
4. Click anywhere in the white box and select Install ActiveX Control...
5. The window should reload, and the following notification will open:
   
   
   
   
6. Click the Install button and the ActiveX control will install itself. At this point, the image from the camera should load in your browser.
7. Click the button in the top-right portion of the viewing window to launch the camera controls. (pan, tilt, zoom, etc.)
